What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you offer a warranty on your instruments?
Yes, every Loog guitar comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.
